From Humble Beginnings to Sweet Success

Macadons began as a heartfelt gift between friends. In 2014, co-founders Michael Huynh and his business partner started making macarons as thoughtful, handmade gifts. What began as a personal passion soon blossomed into something much bigger, as the quality and care they put into each macaron caught the attention of their friends, family, and community.

In 2017, Michael made the life-changing decision to leave his full-time job of six years to pursue Macadons full-time. From there, Macadons grew organically, evolving from a side project to a thriving bakery. What once started with just a handful of macarons as gifts, now produces over 10,000 macarons each week and employs 24 passionate individuals. We are proud to offer not only high-quality macarons but also a place where people can follow their dreams and do what they love. Our team is at the heart of what makes us special, and we’re committed to creating jobs that allow people to pursue their passions in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Today, Macadons has expanded with a flagship café in Renton, where we welcome our community to enjoy our signature macarons and more. We’re committed to growing and sharing our love of baking with even more people, creating spaces where we can connect, share joy, and build lasting memories.
