Our Bellevue cafe is genuinely one of the more unusual spots in the city, a French macaron bakery inside Lexus of Bellevue, and people are often curious what a day actually looks like there. Here is a behind-the-counter look.

Early Morning: Setting Up the Case
The day starts with restocking the display case with macarons made fresh at our production kitchen, checking flavor counts, and making sure everything looks right before the doors open at 7am.

Mid-Morning: Regulars and Commuters
Bellevue's morning rush brings in a mix of dealership customers waiting on service appointments and regulars who have made the cafe part of their routine. It is a different crowd than our Renton flagship, more grab-and-go, more curious first-timers who did not expect to find a bakery here.

Midday: Custom Orders and Corporate Pickups
This is when most of our corporate gifting and custom-print pickups happen: client gift boxes, office celebration orders, and the occasional live printing setup for a nearby event.

Afternoon: The Regulars Come Back
By early afternoon, the cafe settles into a steadier rhythm, families picking up treats, people stopping in during errands around the Eastside.

Closing: 5pm, Prepping for Tomorrow
We close earlier than our Renton location, 7am to 5pm, Monday through Saturday, which means the team spends the last part of the day resetting the space and prepping notes for the next morning's restock.

Why We Like Being Here
Being inside a car dealership was not the obvious move for a French bakery, but it has turned into one of our favorite things about this location. We get customers who would never have found us otherwise, and regulars who now treat the cafe as a genuine stop in their week, not just a novelty.
